The Holistic Boss Babe

Hi! I’m Sabrina.

I’m here to support you, the ambitious, driven female entrepreneur you are, on your holistic healing journey. I’m an Ayurveda Enthusiast, yoga teacher, and advocate for women empowerment.

When I started the Holistic Boss Babe Society, I was in a really dark place. I was having many digestive issues, I was not consistent in my meditation and yoga (or fitness) practice, and had A LOT of PMS. Needless to say, all of this was taking a toll on my business.

As I felt uninspired, depressed, and burned out, I decided to read many personal development books written by female entrepreneurs (my favorite way to get back to inspiration mode!). What I noticed is they all mentioned the importance of self-care as a female entrepreneur. It’s really when I read the book Girl Code, by Cara Allwil, that I’ve had the idea. She mentioned that we must “create something we wish existed.” That’s when HBB was created.
