Even though we all love sunny days, it’s very important for us to protect our skin from the UV rays of sun 🌞
How to protect your skin from the sun?

✅Use sunscreen every day, even if it's cloudy.
✅Apply at least one ounce of sunscreen (enough to fill a shot glass) at least 15 to 30 minutes before going outside.
✅Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation.
✅Reapply sunscreen every two hours.
✅Unlike us in this pic, wear a hat and sunglasses 😎

Reduce stress by doing something you love everyday. Yoga and meditation practice helps in reducing your stress levels.
Exercise smart; not hard. Having no energy after a workout means you might need to change your workout regime. You are over stressing your body.

Yes, it’s easier to complain and stress and be angry. But life becomes beautiful and more easier if you're playful at the time when you are angry or stressed. Because then you can hold these things lightly, true as they are, real as they are, unimaginable as they sometimes are: anger, fear, hatred, cruelty, bigotry, oppression, poverty, greed... Hold them, yes, because they are true, but hold them lightly, so you can let go when you can, so you can be open enough to, with empty hands, grasp the joy fully - the omnipresent joy that children and dogs and everything that plays (even the way the trees play with light and shadow, moved and unmoving in the wind) is a celebration of - joy made manifest. 💙
