Hey Dear One!

Transparency is the only way to heal our lives and I want to share some deep realizations with you today. Oh, how I I wish had known how unconscious my mind was, and how the faulty negative programming from my childhood caused me to believe I was unworthy of authentic love. It's mind-boggling to think about how these deeply ingrained beliefs held me back from being my true self, and at times, I have to stop myself from thinking about ‘what ifs’.

But here's the thing- awareness is the key to breaking free from living below the veil of consciousness and acting out our unhealed childhood wounds. By shining a light on the unconscious patterns and beliefs that have shaped our lives, we reclaim our power and rewrite our inner narrative.

I made a commitment to my children and myself when I first realized I was codependent, unhealed, unaware and living below the veil of consciousness, drawing into my life the equivalent energies of those who I felt wounded me the most as a child… I am determined to break the cycle for my children. I refuse to let them live below the veil of unconsciousness, believing they are unworthy of love and happiness. I want them to grow up in a world where they can embrace their true selves, live autonomous lives, and honor their unique essence.

Remember, Dear Ones, we have the power to rewrite our story. Let's embrace the journey of self-discovery, heal our wounds, and create a life that honors our true selves. By doing so, we not only transform our own lives but also pave the way for a brighter future for our children and the world.

How above the veil are you Dear One?

I remember crying myself to sleep. It had become a norm. We’d talk and talk and talk, and my heart would pray that things would finally change, permanently and these circular conversations would be done. Finally, we’d be able to move from point a to point b.

After over a dozen years, and only because my body was failing, and I was morphing into someone I did not like very much, I felt forced to make changes of my own. Rather than wait for approval, I had to take full accountability and responsibility for how I was feeling which stuck a needle in my codependent eye!

There were red flags, but I thought I could bleach them with enough grit, determination and emotional elbow grease. There was pain, but I thought that all I had to do was offer more love, more understanding and talk more about what I thought needed to be addressed.

However, eventually I had to face the vibrational truth. One of us was willing to change and the other wasn’t. One of us was willing to look within and do the self discovery work, and the other was faking it, talking in circles, buying time and was content with a superficial, going through the motions relationship even though one of us was dying from the stress of the facade our relationship had become.

The other person never has to change. We have to change. And that takes guts. It takes courage to say ‘this isn’t working’ even when the other person doesn’t see it that way or they’re content with the state of the relationship that is making you sick.
