We're Hiring – Female Disability Support Worker in Alice Springs.

Hi Alice Springs community!

Enable Opportunities is looking for a Female Disability Support Worker to start immediately. If you have a caring nature, and interested, or have experience in disability support, we’d love to hear from you!

✅ Qualifications & Experience (Required but not limited to):
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- NT Driver's License.
- Valid Visa (If applicable)

Shift Requirements: Mixed availability – Morning, Afternoon, and Sleepover shifts are essential.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Do you have the flexibility and dedication to support individuals across a variety of shifts? We’re looking for a Male Disability Support Worker to join our team and help empower participants to live independently and with dignity.
🧩 What You'll Do:
Provide person-centred support in-home and in the community
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, food prep, and household duties
Implement behaviour support plans and uphold participant rights
Administer medication as per support plans
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants
✅ What You Need:
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Valid Driver’s Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & National Police Check
Right to work in Australia
Experience in disability support (especially with complex needs or diverse backgrounds) is highly regarded
