I’ve gained 1.5 kgs this week 🫣⁣


Before we panic, this is normal. ⁣

When you start eating more, your muscle glycogen refills, you carry more food in your gut and your body finally feels safe again. ⁣

And honestly? I needed that.⁣

After my injury, a breakup and a whole lot of personal and health stress, my appetite disappeared. I was under eating and dropped weight way too fast. That’s not sustainable… and it’s definitely not healthy⁣

This phase is about rebuilding, not shrinking.⁣
