Why is it like that?

Human kind is in an undeclared competition with one another, and constantly calculating other's moves, against their own...

Depending on the level of education, when somebody says "I got a job", they already know which financial bracket is gonna fall under in a long run.
And if they got jobs before, they know they still have experience advantage over that particular person, so they don't feel much intimidated.

But when somebody says "I've opened a business", it gets them unsettled, because they know that individual can wake up somebody sufficient to be their boss/superior, which doesn't sit well with them, hence the little love is shown to those who opt for self-Bossing.
