A little update...
You might have noticed I went MIA after having my son in March; I wanted to spend every moment I could enjoying him because I'd heard how fast the infant stage and first year go by- and man is that true!
Taking time "off" also gave me time to reflect on what I enjoy and want to spend my time on.
As you might know, before having my son I started my own fitness business and became a certified personal trainer. I enjoyed it, but it made me realize I don't enjoy creating fitness programs.
I also hosted a virtual "party" to sell children's books, which I enjoyed but (as much as my son loves books) didn't feel aligned with what I want to do.
Since having my son, I wanted to get back into working out but had gotten out of the routine of working out regularly. I worked out occasionally, but was having a hard time really jumping back in.
That's when I remembered how effectively BODi (formerly Beachbody) coaching helped me start working out consistently 4 years ago.
I had partnered with BODi as a way to get paid for working out (which is something I love- I made $94 last week alone!), but the accountability was even more life-changing.
I had gone 6 years working out irregularly, but partnering with BODi helped me be consistent for 4 years- even up until giving birth (and he was a late, big baby 😅).
SO since I had been working out sporadically postpartum but was struggling to workout as often as I'd like, I decided to relaunch my BODi business!
If you're new here, BODi is a health, fitness, and wellness company. They have pre-recorded and live workouts, easy to follow programs for home (during nap time 🤪) or the gym, meal plans, daily tracking, and a personal accountability group all available in one app.
