2025 motto: health is wealth

Health is the only currency that matters - you are nothing without your health- if I could tell my younger self one thing- it would be prioritize your health. This isn’t just about what you eat, or how you move- this is about the conversations you have in your head, who you surround yourself with , how you see your self , literally everything you consume . The world is ugly- but we have so much we can control. We all need more down time and disconnection vs constant connection and false gratification.

Nosara- You forced us to slow down, our initial response was panic. Then you fall into the pace- simplicity becomes a luxury. Our nervous systems are fearful of being stress free, but when you drop into nervous system regulation…..it becomes a desire. We should all crave this lifestyle. Thank you for the experience that will forever change my outlook on life.
