Chronic inflammation is a serious problem. It almost always lurks beneath the surface of nearly every chronic disease, including diabetes, cancer, & every autoimmune disorder. It has a huge hand in anxiety & depression.

Inflammation is often one of the first things to address when dealing with either physical or mental disorder. In the same way, controlling inflammation is a major key in conquering cancer.

It’s often times we ignore the very clear symptoms of chronic inflammation. If we do not address this NOW, it’s very often that it turns into a larger problem.

When acute inflammation, as seen in a fever, is manifested for a short period of time, it can have therapeutic consequence. However, when inflammation becomes chronic or lasts too long, it has proved harmful & may lead to disease.

This process is all about balance. However, because our world consists of toxins, inflammatory foods, & environmental factors, inflammation is a larger epidemic than we may think. It’s time to address this NOW before small symptoms become disease or disorder!

Curcumin is a well-studied anti-inflammatory agent that does amazing work in putting a halt in inflammation. EGCg & Omega-3 fatty acids are other natural anti-inflammatory agents that are great for controlling inflammation.

“The list of symptoms from mercury toxicity alone includes virtually all illnesses known to humankind.”

— Dr. Kevin Conners

DAMS (Dental Amalgam Support Group) includes the symptoms from the highly toxic heavy metal, mercury. Chronic fatigue, depression, & joint pain are among the most common on this list. However, mercury alone can mimic or cause any illness currently known or significantly contribute to it.

It is very difficult for the body to adapt to high doses of anything — toxic metals harm the cells of the body whereas the invading microorganisms can often thrive in a heavy metal environment.

Especially if you have silver/amalgam fillings in your teeth, it is strongly recommended you get them removed by a trained biological dentist to prevent further toxins from entering your body through breathing, drinking & eating. These fillings have been known to cause a number of health related issues, & in our opinion, should be outlawed all together due to their seriously toxic nature.

“Inflammation is really a double-edged sword. It is a necessary component of healing, but it is detrimental in chronic forms.”

— Dr. Kevin Conners

Inflammation can be beneficial in small amounts, such as when we become feverish. It is within the fever response that we know our immune system is working to destroy the problem in our bodies. Chronic inflammation, however, not only has short term daily effects on the body, but can largely contribute to harm & disease.

There are many studies that show the connection between many disorders & diseases with chronic inflammation. We talk about this subject often because we believe it’s significant to our overall health & our long term health.
