Had an awesome time at the ’s Beef Brief: Flavor, Farming, and Facts sponsored event in Hyde Park last week!
Learned so much from the dynamic and amazing meat scientist & butcher Sierra (she even knew about cuts of beef!) 🥩🔪; had an amazing experience cooking all different cuts of beef in the ’s kitchens 👩🏼🍳; and got the behind-the-scenes look at the pasture-to-plate journey with farmer Doug .farm 🐄🥩👨🌾
Plus, I got to meet amazing colleagues who help bring nutrition science and experiences to life in schools, super markets, media, and beyond!rdn
