Listening to your body is a practice. Connecting to your heart is a practice.
Embodying your unique spirit in this wild world takes a lot of practice. It seems many of us deal with this limiting belief that we have to make changes for the better and we have to do it RIGHT NOW. We put so much pressure on ourselves to be better that we end up giving up before we even take a step forward. All change toward the life you want to create is in the small steps. The simple practices of stopping and listening to your body when it’s talking to you, instead of rushing to get your to do list done takes practice. Choosing to take an extra deep breath and ask your heart what it wants to express in the moment emotions arise, instead of shoving them down yet again takes practice. You are practicing the life you want every single day. Choose small moments to practice who you want to be because those are the steps forward.

The Solar Eclipse New Moon on March 29th has been bringing up a lot of shifts for us the last few weeks. Direction will soon come to light. You may feel the need to start making changes or get things moving at this moment. Be patient, with the retrogrades in Mercury and Venus movement and change will take longer right now. Stay aware of what is coming into your awareness at this time. What is frustrating you? What do you actually want to do in this life? What changes are you wanting? Just notice and keep track of your thoughts. Although shifts are slow moving awareness of what you feel and want is important to begin bringing you into alignment of the life meant for you. It is okay to not know all the details yet. Try to not over plan. Feel it and trust the timing and shifting as it comes.

You’re not alone—I’m here for you!

My own spiritual journey has been quite an adventure! I began seeing spirits at the age of twelve after overcoming a significant ski injury that temporarily left me unable to walk. This experience taught me the incredible resilience of the body and the profound strength of our spirits. Our spirits are dynamic and eager to awaken in our daily lives. ✨

After an enlightening detour that involved dropping out of school where I’d planned to become a Christian pastor and missionary, I embarked on a transformative exploration of various spiritual beliefs and practices, including the mystical world of tarot. My travels as a flight attendant in my twenties—and later earning a degree in English—further enriched my understanding of the diverse tapestry of life. When the pandemic hit, I felt a calling to share my spiritual gifts with the world. It was a leap of faith to open up as a Medium and Tarot Reader, but I’ve been incredibly fortunate to connect with so many amazing souls (that’s you!).

Emotions are energy stored in the body. When we want to raise our energy that stuck emotion can be in the way. You have to feel to release it. Once you release the emotions blocking your energy you can more easily raise your vibration. Sometimes on the road to spiritual awakening there are moments of feeling that higher vibration, but then we uncover more stuck emotion.

Be patient with yourself. Being human is an evolving process. During this intense emotional season use your emotions as your guide to release the old and enter into new higher vibrations. This is your spiritual awakening journey!

During this enlightening course I will guide you through spiritual protection, meditation, discovering your unique spiritual gifts, intuitive games, as well as teaching and learning from the Tarot. All you need to join the class is a tarot deck - preferably a 78 card deck.

Class begins Wednesday, March 5th at 6:00 - 8:00pm PST and is held on zoom. It spans 5 weeks every Wednesday night at the same time. All classes are recorded and sent the next day if one is missed.

Come into this class with questions about your life and the world of spirit and leave with answers. The final class will be a spirit communication class taking us all to a higher vibration together to learn and receive messages from guides and loved ones.
