I have always believed that healing happens when our bodies feel good. I have always known that yoga is the perfect outlet for this healing, and I have studied and practiced yoga for more than 15 years. In my own practice I have noticed that when I teach, I am often shocked at the different reactions people receive, whether they are intimidated or intrigued. I believe yoga is an expression of inner, emotional self-awareness that is the result of more than just the physical practice. As a teacher I am committed to teaching yoga that is accessible to everyone.
