⬇️Monday Reset Steps…..
If you felt like you “blew it” this weekend, here’s what I want you to do.
Go grab a note book and follow these steps.
1️⃣Write down what happened this weekend that makes you feel guilty, ashamed, or stressed out about.
Did you have the intention to be “good”….but then had too many drinks and then ending eating everything in sight when you got home?
2️⃣Now write down 2-3 things that would have helped if you were in this situation again. (This can NOT just be “eat less”)…thats not helpful. If you could go back, what would you do differently!
Perhaps you would plan a snack for when you get home? Not skip breakfast? Set an alcohol limit of 1-2 drinks?
3️⃣Now is the hardest part. Drop the guilt and shameful feeling by shifting your energy towards what you can control.
You can’t change last weekend. BUT you can….
👉Acknowledge that you have a better plan for next weekend.
👉Get right back to your healthy habits NOW, not tmrw, not later this week, your next meal.
👉Dive into a journal or mindset practice that allows you to move through this week with compassion, self-acceptance, and confidence.
This will be more motivating and last longer than trying to punish yourself….it will also make next weekend a heck of a lot easier.
