NEW CLASS TIMETABLE FROM JUNE 2018

Tuesdays:

10am Mother & Baby Yoga (Babies 10/12 weeks - crawling)

11.30am-1pm ZOGA IAIM Baby Massage 5 week course (Suitable for Babies from birth - 12 months)

Thursdays:

10am ZOGA Little Tots (Confident Crawlers up to approx 30months)

11.15am ZOGA Big Tots (Older toddlers approx 24 Months - 4 years old)

12.45pm ZOGA Mother & Baby Yoga (Babies 10/12 weeks - crawling)

FAQS:

How do I book a class? Simply email info@zogauk.com and I will send you all the booking information you need to book your class.

Do you offer 1:2:1’s or private group bookings? Yes both of these are possible please let me know your requirements and I will provide you with a bespoke quote to meet your needs.

Where do you hold classes? All ZOGA classes are currently held at the Salvation Army hall in Ramsgate in the main hall, which is carpeted and has plenty of space for prams etc.
