Without immediate action from Congress, the forecast could be life-threatening.
CVS, which outsources production to foreign companies for its store-brand drugs is “responsible for the drugs made by the contract facility,” per the FDA.
That's created a concerning gap in oversight of everyday medicines Americans take to save money.
