Ladies as early as 35 years old can begin having symptoms of premenopause, aka perimenopause. It is okay not to be busy all the time. We live in a society where fast-pace, Always on go, gives the illusion of success. Of course sitting around and doing nothing is the opposite. It's in the middle of both extremes that we find balance and peace. A time to go puts us into action and gives us momentum in the direction of where we want to be. A time to rest gives us the space to reflect how far we've come, be in the moment and nurture our inner selves. When we are in one extreme or the other, we often wish to be on the other side of it. Finding your cloud not matter which extreme we are in allows us to find the balance we need to keep going with ease and inner peace. 🌟☁️🌙
