Feeling the pressure? 😩 You're not alone! Sinus and migraine headaches are common and often triggered by things like stress, skipping meals, poor sleep, and those pesky allergies we sometimes experience here.

Do you often experience:
🤧 Facial pain and congestion (Sinus)?
🤕 Throbbing head pain, possibly with nausea or light sensitivity (Migraine)?

Identifying your triggers can help! Try to manage stress, maintain a regular sleep schedule, don't skip meals, and be aware of any seasonal allergies that might be affecting you.

If your headaches are severe or frequent, please consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management. Your well-being is important!

🚨 Dengue Alert! Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones! 🚨

Dengue fever is a serious mosquito-borne illness prevalent in our area. Be aware of the symptoms:

🚨 Sudden, high fever
🚨 Severe headache
🚨 Diarrhea
🚨 Muscle and joint pains
If you experience these symptoms, especially after a mosquito bite, seek medical attention immediately.

Let's work together to prevent dengue. Eliminate mosquito breeding sites around your home: drain standing water, cover water containers, and clean gutters regularly.
