I always wanted to be one of those women who woke up refreshed, threw on her sneakers, and felt alive enough to hit the ground running for her morning jog. Coffee, Facebook, and yawns. You’d find me under the covers waiting for the caffeine to hit before I could ever take on the day with the tiniest bit of gusto. While this is 100% me, I didn’t want it to be. I wanted energy. I craved something I couldn’t even describe. So, I took the plunge and made a couple of changes around here. Do I love working out now, you ask? God, no.
