Traditional Porridge- high energy dense food.

Regularly baby's appetite can change like us adults. Today I am going to share a recipe for baby's. This is very easy to prepare at home within a few minutes.

Nutrionaly can say this is a highly energy dense foods which can fulfill baby's daily requirement. Also this Porridge contains protein, fat, vitamins and minerals though we choose and mixed very specific foods together.

Let's have the recipe ingredients in below-

1. Sorghum and maize flour- 200g
2. Fresh water- 200ml
3. Cow milk - 200ml
4. Groundnut or sesame paste - 2 table spoon
5. Vegetable oil- 2 table spoon
6. Sugar- 2 table spoon ( optional)
7. Iodized salt- a finger pinch

Now preparation-

1. Wash your hand with soap and running clean water.
2. Take a clean pan, pour fresh water and start boiling.
3. Mixed sorghum or maize flour with 100ml cool water until to form a paste.
4. Add the paste into the boiling water and continue stirring to form a gruel. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add 200ml of cow's milk and stirr until its mixed properly.
6. Within last 2 minutes add groundnut or sesame paste, sugar, oil, salt and stirr until wel mixed.

Now, takeout the pan from fire, cool a bit and serve.

Note: Please be aware if your baby has allergic with any of this food ingredients then first consult with Professionals before start feeding.

Low hemoglobin level may lead to serious health problems. Even, too much of iron intake can lead to several health issues which also known as iron poisoning.

Hemoglobin Reference range for the male: 13.5 to 17.5 g/dl and females: 12.0 to 15.5 g/dl.

Iron deficiencie- reasons may vary according to person to person physical condition. The most common reasons for iron deficiencies - due to poor dietary practices, iron absorption deficiencies, blood loss, pregnancy, chronic diseases, liver or kidney problems.

Cocoa powder molded to be fancy modern chocolate by adding sugar. Cocoa butter replaced animal butter for vegan people. Cocoa also used as medicine by many people. Cocoa has many important compounds which leads to health and nutrition benefits for us-

Aparajita tea or Butterfly pea flower tea or Blue tea
