Always learning, always refining, always getting better for the people I serve.

This weekend I am taking a CrossFit Level 1 course — to deepen my understanding of movement, coaching, and how athletes train in the real world and maybe coach.

The more I understand the demands of your sport, the better I can bridge the gap between rehab and performance. My goal is simple: help you move better, train smarter, and stay in the game longer.

Better tools. Better eyes. Better care.

Grateful for the coaches, the community, and the opportunity to keep growing.

A dog teaches us that love doesn’t need words, time, or perfection—only presence. Goodbye old friend. Boh was 2 when he came to us and gave us 13 years of quiet loyalty, patience, and unconditional love. He was there for the ordinary days, the loud days, the hard days, and the moments that mattered most. Our hearts are broken, but they’re also deeply grateful for a life so well lived and so generously shared.

Rest easy, sweet boy. Thank you for being ours. 🐾💔

Back in Randolph for a High School Reunion ✨

Wild how you can walk into a room full of people you haven’t seen in years… and instantly feel the time that’s passed. You notice the stories written on everyone’s faces, the energy they carry, the confidence (or stress) in their posture.

It’s a reminder that habits add up — every workout, every skipped workout, every late night, every early morning, every small choice we make over and over again.

Not in a judgmental way… in a hopeful way. Because it means we’re never stuck. We can always course-correct, build momentum, and shape the next 25 years with intention.

I left feeling grateful for where I’m at, excited for where I’m going, and inspired to keep stacking the small habits that make life better — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Here’s to growth, perspective, and taking ownership of our health one day at a time. 🙏💪

Felt for all the disappointed runners this weekend when the Bay Bridge 10K was canceled 💨
I decided to run my own version instead — not quite the sweeping views of the Chesapeake, but this neighborhood route did the trick.

It’s not the same bridge, but the same mindset: keep moving, stay grateful, and celebrate a strong body and fast legs 🏃‍♂️💪
