We’ve all felt the drastic benefits from exercise, so why do we sometimes skimp when we’re feeling less than our best?

Whether it’s lack of time or a dip in energy de-motivating you, challenge yourself to prioritize at least 20 minutes of exercise in your day for immediate benefits that last through your nightly slumber.

Even short bursts of exercise will elevate your mood and energy levels & help you sleep restfully.

You don’t need to bust out high intensity interval training to reap the benefits, although most research does show that the release of endorphins does vary by exercise intensity. So the > the Intensity, the > the Endorphin Release. Cranking up the intensity for 20 minutes can do wonders!
