Posted with parent permission. When a student goes to Disney and forgets to bring you, they return with a keychain that reads, “ #1 Nurse”. These kids are the best. I love being their nurse.

Thank you to WITCC and 2 dental assistant students for presenting to some of our students today. It was a fun lesson and Nurse Tina loves classroom activities with the kids. The kids were taught a brushing and flossing lesson.

We love when we get to educate. Our diabetic students hold special places in our hearts. Today, Nurse Tina educated 1st grade on what diabetes is and why her special friend Zeppelynn needs different care on a day to day basis. Nurse Tina and Nurse Veronica love taking care of our students and ensuring they can safely be in school and parents do not have to worry.

The first full week will be completed today. Your school nurses have loved having the students back for the 23/24 school year. We have been busy going through paperwork etc and need your help. Please look at the school website nurse page. Check to see if you have turned in necessary forms for your student.

Daycare and preschool- immunization record and physical form.

Kindergarten- physical, immunization record, vision and dental forms and proof of a lead level.

3rd-vision form

9th-dental form

7th and 12th- required immunizations.

7-12th athletes-a sports physical and concussion form.

Non grade specific-seizure and asthma action plans, diet modification forms.
