Dear Reader,
Dariese has a severe form of drug resistant epilepsy; a central nervous system (cns) disorder affecting her sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system; spinal disability; gait disorder; and manages a chronic kidney condition w/ a registered dietician requiring all organic foods.
Due to Dariese's drug resistant epilepsy, cns disorder affecting her blood pressure and other vital bodily functions, she requires a seizure response and mobility dog. This is especially urgent since she lives alone and has severely hurt herself several times. With the passage of time, Dariese's need of financial assistance has become more urgent. Her entire professional pension has been depleted over one decade ago. She is no longer able to work in a professional or any other capacity.
Over her lifetime, Dariese has helped over thousands of individuals as a licensed professional in the mental health field. Contributuon funds will be used for medical copayments. This includes prescription copayments ($420. for 10 pills is only 1 of her prescription copayments of many) for the remainder of her life. Dariese also needs to utilize funds for a seizure response and mobility service dog. Ms. Dariese lives alone and without a seizure response and mobility dog due to the severe form of her drug resistant epilepsy and cns disorder, puts her in geater danger. Thus, she is in great need of donations.
