Join Sarah Rose for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of New Wave, Dark Wave + Post-Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!

This will be all levels class held on the patio (if weather permits, otherside inside!) at Widowmaker Taproom in Brighton! We’ll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Joy Division, Depeche Mode, Boy Harsher and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat.

Class will be held inside the Widowmaker taproom at 10:30am (outside on the patio if it’s not too hot or rainy). We will flow together for one hour, starting slowly and building with plenty of options to modify along the way before we surrender to sweet savasana.

I recently began using Tarot to design my yoga sequences each week for my classes at . It’s been such a sweet and fulfilling way to combine my passions for these transformative healing modalities, and feels in alignment with my highest self and my work with .

Of course, not all tarot cards are easy to translate or incorporate into yoga (I.e. 10 of swords, 5 of pentacles) but I’m finding that the lessons presented in each pull seem to resonate with the energies of the week. Separately, I use oracle cards to offer intentions for our collective practice at the at the beginning of class, and so far, each message seems to magically align with the theme for class/tarot card. I also offer reiki-charged hands-on assists randomly throughout class (though I generally avoid doing so during cold/flu season), and send reiki to anyone open to receiving it at the end of class. ✨

Join me at Lotus Yoga Studio in Somerville to experience this magic for yourself! I teach a progressive, all levels astanga-inspired vinyasa flow every week (Wednesdays & Fridays). My practice is both dynamic and grounding, and if the esoteric elements do not resonate with you, it is quite easy to focus your attention on the physical asana. I’m simply here to serve as a guide but the yoga practice is wholly yours.

This is a safe and inclusive virtual space for those who practice magic, sacred arts and ritual, or those who are simply interested in connecting with folks with similar values. We meet to exchange ideas on divination and the craft, and to hold space for one another with open hearts and open minds. Our meetings are always free of charge, welcoming of all who are willing to show compassion and respect towards one another, while learning and working to raise the energetic vibration of the Collective at large— simply by showing up in community.

We meet once per quarter in 2025 (follow the link in profile for exact dates).

I am so happy to announce that I have joined the incredible team of yoga instructors at in Arlington and Somerville. 🎉

I will be teaching my first class in Arlington tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29 at 7:30pm, and my first class in Somerville on Thursday, June 6 at 7:30pm. The Somerville studio was once home to my beloved , and I am beyond blessed to be able to share practice in a beautifully familiar space. Both of these classes are “All Levels Flow”— a progressive, moderately-paced vinyasa, with plenty of options to modify along the way. 🧘🏽‍♀️

If you are unable to join me for either class, do not fret! I will be popping up on the schedule throughout the summer and updating my website with opportunities to share practice with me in person. Link in bio ✨

Happy holiday weekend, friends. Apparently it is ✨ so I thought I would take a moment to reintroduce myself & also announce that I will be offering reiki-charged tarot readings at a sliding scale rate at the first annual Q***r Joy Festival at High Street Studio in Ipswich on Saturday, June 29! I’m excited to be closing out Pride Month in a sweet, community-centered space that is all ages and family friendly. 🌈
It would be such a delight to read cards for you and/or your darlings if you are free to celebrate with me that day. Allies are very welcome, too~ 🎉

I teach yoga on Zoom most Sunday mornings, and occasionally in person. I also organize online magical gatherings that take place almost monthly; alongside pagan sabbats ( ).
