Say hello to Ge! Yesterday, during his epic bike ride from Dunwoody to Paces Ferry (we’re talking 15-18 miles, and he was already three hours into his typical 7-8 hour trek!), he spotted our sign from a distance and joked it was the “holy grail” for a plant-based eater. Ge’s dedication to a plant-based lifestyle for the past 15 years has paid off immensely – he’s reversed heart disease and overcome significant bone loss, crediting Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn Jr.’s revolutionary “Nutrition-Based Cure.” We were happy to package his MLT Sourdough Sandwich up nice and tight so he could easily ride back home. That’s a cool 🚴 man! Thanks for sharing your incredible story and choosing to dine with us, Ge! We’re so happy our little spot reminded you of your home in Denver, Colorado.

✨ SNOO Still Winning After 3 Months! ✨

Three months in, and we’re still singing the praises of the Happiest Baby SNOO! 😴 SJ still loves the gentle rocking and soothing sounds, and it continues to be a lifesaver for us.

What we love now:

Longer stretches of sleep: SJ is sleeping longer and waking up less frequently.
Easier transitions: The SNOO makes it so much easier to transition him from naps to nighttime sleep.
Peace of mind: Knowing SJ is safe and comfortable in the SNOO gives us a sense of peace and allows us to relax a little more.

If you’re a new parent struggling with sleep, I cannot recommend the SNOO enough!
