🌸 Grieving a su***de loss is different.
🤍 It is complex, isolating, and often misunderstood. If you’re carrying this kind of grief, or love someone who is, you do not have to do it alone.
🤍 I’ll be holding a supportive, gentle, confidential and therapeutic group space to help you process, reflect, and feel seen as you navigate su***de loss.
🤍 It’ll be a time to reflect, express, and breathe in community.
✨ Here’s what to expect:
* Guided grief reflections from a grief therapist.
* Creative expression through writing or art therapy (you’ll choose what feels best)
* Somatic breathwork for grounding and release.
* A safe, private, and trauma-informed space.
* Take-home grief tools & resources for ongoing support.
* A grounding, open-air garden setting for peace and reconnection.
✨ You are warmly invited to bring symbols of your grief.. a photo, object, letter, or anything that connects you to your person.
✨ You’re also welcome to bring items that help you feel soothed and safe:
🤍 Whether your grief is recent or long-held, you’re
welcome exactly as you are.
🤍 This space holds no judgment.. only care, softness, and shared humanity.

🌸 You don’t have to do this alone.
You are not alone 🌸
