Well I can't think of a better way to spend a Monday morning than a detoxifying hot yoga class. I'm teaching in the wonderful each week from 9am to 10:15am. Hot Yoga Vital is a 75 minute sequence, full of movement & balance, and really sets you up for the day ahead!
