Last week in Geneva, getting signed off to be a SOMA breathwork instructor!

I was so nervous and the good old imposter syndrome raised its ugly head!

But I went through the motions slow and steady, shaking like a leaf, then I just found my rhythum and bang.... I NAILED it!

I passed, and everyone cheered. Then i cried 😢
Hours of study and dedication had led to this moment, and the relief and joy rolled into one. Being surrounded by such inspirational and supportive people was just amazing!
Heart is full & im ready to step into my purpose! 💘

7 steps to make a sunshine shot

#1 juice fresh organic ginger
#2 juice a packet of tumeric
#3 mix both together in a jug
#4 press fresh oranges
#5 add orange juice to the ginger & tumeric
#6 distribute juice into shot glass
#7 add a pinch of cayenne pepper
