This can be your view to and the end day.
Come enjoy the cozy vibe in the Dome as things start to cool off. Enjoy a moment in time to find stillness and find YOURSELF in the moment. A time for you to come home to you, witness yourself and flow through all that each practice has to offer. Yoga has so much to offer come find out what’s waiting for you on the mat.

Sam is hosting this Sunday June 9th! Join her for a self maintenance practice. Tune and lubricate your vessel with Emotional Freedom Techniques- “Tapping”, restorative Yin poses, meditation, free writing and a dash of massage. This session will nourish the whole self.

Happy Birthday To Me🤍This is 39!!

A renewed pledge to aim to be the best version of myself in each moment. Holding myself through each moment with the most amount of love and compassion. Putting myself, wants, needs and goals in life FIRST. Moving forward with the knowledge that when I fill my cup I am better for others and what I fill myself with spills out onto others.
Life is beautiful and I create my own experience. So happy to be in life with life and in love with this version of me🤍
