Homemade โ€œNutellaโ€... but make it high-fibre, gut-friendly, and school-lunch safe๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿซ

This chocolatey spread is made with chickpeas and dates, naturally sweet, packed with fibre, and full of antioxidants. Perfect for rice cakes, lunchboxes, or a straight-from-the-jar moment ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll need:
๐Ÿฅฃ 1 can chickpeas (240g drained)
๐ŸŒด 6 Medjool dates, pitted
๐Ÿซ ยฝ cup cocoa powder
๐Ÿ’ง 1 cup hot water

๐Ÿ”ช Roast chickpeas at 180ยฐC for 20 mins until golden, then blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add extra water if you prefer a looser texture.

๐Ÿ“Fridge-friendly for up to a week.
