Personal Training is designed specific to individual needs.
This client has struggled with several health concerns and needed training to be adapted around pain and her nervous system capacity. Slowly building her confidence and capacity to push safely. This is a key part of a Trauma Informed approach to training, which is unique to the Shero Training Method.
From barely being able to bench press 5kg, to lifting 10kg for reps and from struggling to deadlift an empty bar with form to confidently lifting 35kg for sets of 10!
Each client starting point and journey will be different, but gaining strength and confidence in your body is guaranteed.
