The Shero Summer Shred Challenge guided our Group Training clients through a month of nutrition tracking, Group Strength training classes and a daily step target.

Jo started the challenge 2 weeks early and 6 weeks of consistency is showing!
It goes to show that with some consistency and the right guidance huge change can happen fast.

The thing that most people don't appreciate is that not everyone is ready to make this level of commitment right off the bat. If you have a lot going on emotionally, or you don't already have good habits in place there is a learning curve that needs to happen first.

Jo has been a Shero client for several years and has done a few cuts, she has the basics down. Yet has also had some huge life things thrown in the mix that meant being strict with nutrition and training were not always her first priority.

At Shero we aim to give you the tools to support yourself physically and emotionally through all stages. If you're ready to dig in and cut weight, or if you just need to start building those first healthy routines that help you feel better in your body. We can help.

Haidt organizes this book in four parts. He covers mental health trends since 2010, the nature of childhood and how we messed it up, a closer look at a phone-based childhood (including the differences between girls and boys), and wraps up with how to reverse the damage.
