Nitro Nutrition Success Story: Marcee Quirk

Marcee is a nature-lover who spends many of her days walking, hiking, and hosting parties. She enjoys traveling when she can and loves spending days crafting. But she remembers a time not too long ago when it was difficult for her to even get out of bed. Marcee struggled with painful headaches, impacting her ability to enjoy her day-to-day life. She began to gain weight and lose energy. She couldn’t find the energy to exercise or plan activities.
Marcee tried many ways to manage them through her diet. She tried various plans, but nothing seemed to work. When an acquaintance, Debra, introduced her to Kyäni, Debra spoke from a similar experience. So, Marcee decided to give it a try.
In April 2020, Marcee started with the Triangle of Health to support her health. Soon after, she was experiencing a noticeable difference. Two years later, she says she “feels better overall,” both mentally and physically. That same month, Marcee joined Kyäni as a Business Partner.
“Using the products in The Triangle of Health gave me the energy and ability to do more,” Marcee said.She has been passionate about Kyäni products ever since. Marcee says it is “impossible” to pick a favorite product because she loves them all and uses them regularly.
Two years into her journey, Marcee learned about a new Kyäni nutrition program. Inspired by Marc Macdonald’s personal story of his wife’s health journey, she accepted the invitation to try the pilot.
“With genuine love, he reassured me that there was hope and he would teach me what I needed to know to live healthier and feel better,” Marcee says.
And within a few weeks, it happened. Marcee created healthier lifestyle habits and felt great. She even lost some weight along the way. From the beginning, Marcee was committed to following the Nitro Nutrition™ plan “100%.”
Since taking the leap to start her first 21-Day Reset last year, Marcee has lost a significant amount of weight – and kept it off. As she continues her journey, she sets her goals higher, aiming to exercise more and continue her weight loss.
Perhaps the most important impact Nitro Nutrition has had, however, is her ability to live life to the fullest. Marcee is proud to be an “active and happier” mom with the energy to spend time outdoors with her family, to craft, and to simply clean the house.
“I have had a wonderful life-changing experience in the Nitro Nutrition Program,” Marcee says. “I am now educated in how to eat and give my body the nutrition it deserves to feel good and feel happy. I have a more active life without fear of how I am going to feel.
And if she does find herself not feeling her best, Marcee now understands how to fuel her body in a way that will help her feel good again, which she says “is so huge” for her.

MARCEE’S TIPS FOR SUCCESS
1. Be Prepared – Stay on track by printing out the food list, place on your fridge, and save it on your phone for when you are out grocery shopping or eating out. It will help you know what to buy or what to order.
2. Be Active – Get involved on the Nitro Nutrition Life page and in the Nitro Nation private group. There, you can ask all the questions you have and receive answers and support from the amazing community.
MARCEE’S FAVORITE NITRO-INSPIRED RECIPE
Watermelon Salad
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
5 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cucumber, diced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
8 oz. chicken, cooked and cubed
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup feta or blue cheese (“Accelerate” only)
Directions
1. Cook chicken in small amount of healthy cooking oil (olive or avocado). Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
2. Mix watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and avocado in bowl. Add cooked and cooled chicken.
3. Add vinegar and mix together.
4. Sprinkle with feta or blue cheese as desired.
