Physics… of all things! At age 41, I start training, and this is the very first thing that they have me watching videos on. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Never had to take this course. And, if you know me well enough… you know that, science and I, don’t mesh well. 🤯

I’m have no idea what my face looks like while I listen & watch, but I can imagine. 😳🤔 However, I completely understand, the underlying statement, at the end. So, I guess I‘ll just know stuff. And when someone asks “why” or “how”… I’ll just be, THAT PERSON:

“Because, physics.” 😉

My newest baby girl, Journey! She truly holds the 🔑 to my ♥️!!! She blesses me with so much bliss (actual tears of joy), and peace. She actually has two spots shaped like hearts one her (one on each side)… COME ON NOW!!! It was meant to be! 😉

There will always be a certain expectation of those who do things differently. Different is often misunderstood, but don’t be afraid of that. That divergence is where glory resides. Graciously learn from others, but don’t become them. Unless you’ve built the box, don’t try to squeeze into it; it wasn’t made to fit you. Allow your wild spirit to boldly flourish. Don’t waste your magic by trying to be just like everyone else. 🦋

Today is all there is. Live boldly. Forgive often. Love openly.
Give thanks for every beautiful experience. But also show gratitude for the ones that were difficult yet shined a light to show you the way forward.
Honor your own story - whatever it may be - with love, courage, and dignity. Do not strive for perfection, because as you are, you exemplify the beauty of humanity in all of its imperfection and magnificence.
Today is all you have. So, with the full recognition of that immense empowering truth, be present in this moment and honor it. 🦋
