You’ve made it through the day without eating anything ‘bad’. You think “I did good today.” … then the cravings hit HARD.

You debate in your head to cave or not. You don’t want to ruin all your progress but yet the cravings are intense.

You open up the cupboard and eat all the goodies. Then you feel guilty for ‘ruining’ your ‘good’ day.

Yup, I get it. But what if it didn’t have to be that way? What if eating to reach your goals was actually enjoyable?!?

With my 1:1 clients I work to make sure their eating is sustainable and satisfying. They actually can eat more than what they thought!

Here’s how I do it ⬇️

- I assess their normal food intake
- I think about what can we ADD to their diet to improve it
- I develop their nutrition protocols that works to slowly increase protein, balance out their food, and increase fiber.
- I teach them the 80/20 rule and we strive to work our way to eating more balanced
- They learn how to assess their hunger cues and how different foods impact them

Through all of this, my clients become satisfied with their food! Their cravings lessen and they even learn how to incorporate ‘fun’ foods into their diet!!!

Restriction is not the answer.
