3 tips to maximize health:
1. Fiber up! 1.5 cup of whole grains, 4 cups of veggies, 4 cups of fruits, 1.5-3 cups of legumes, 1/4 of nuts and seeds
2. Cruciferous vegetables (1 cup a day included in the 4 cups of veggies listed under fiber)
3. Flaxseeds 1/2 cup a day
