💡Monday Mood Motivation💡
After a weekend of wet, wet, wet, it's no surprise if you're feeling a bit sluggish or low. Rainy days can affect our mood, but they don’t have to take over! 🌧️💪
So next time the wet stuff hits us hard take note of my top tips to boost both your mind and body:
🧠 For the Mind:
✨ Try 10 minutes of journaling or gratitude writing
📚 Pick up that book you’ve been meaning to read - read at least 10 pages.
🎧 Listen to an uplifting podcast or calming music
🧘♀️ Try a short guided meditation or deep breathing session
🏃♂️ For the Body:
🪩 Put on your favourite playlist and have a dance around the kitchen
🧘♂️ Try a 15-minute yoga or stretching routine on YouTube
🧹 Set a timer and blitz-tidy one room—moving with purpose boosts energy
🥗 Make a nourishing meal or prep something colourful to brighten your plate
Rainy days can be the perfect excuse to reset, refocus, and recharge. 🥰
