💪 Staying on track isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up (even when your bed is giving Oscar-worthy “stay here” performances).
Some days you’ll smash your workout. Other days you’ll just manage to put on your active wear and stare at your water bottle like it personally offended you. 😅
But here’s the thing, progress doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency, tiny choices, and refusing to give up on yourself when it would be easier to.
So drink the water. Do the walk. Eat the veggies. Rest when you need to.
Your future self is already cheering you on (probably with very toned arms). 🥦✨
