💪 Staying on track isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up (even when your bed is giving Oscar-worthy “stay here” performances).

Some days you’ll smash your workout. Other days you’ll just manage to put on your active wear and stare at your water bottle like it personally offended you. 😅

But here’s the thing, progress doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency, tiny choices, and refusing to give up on yourself when it would be easier to.

So drink the water. Do the walk. Eat the veggies. Rest when you need to.

Your future self is already cheering you on (probably with very toned arms). 🥦✨

✨Self care comes in many forms… and today, mine came with foils and a cup of tea! ☕️💇‍♀️

I’m not one to have my hair done every 6 weeks. Most days it’s tied up, hidden under a baseball cap, or doing its own wild thing while I’m in activewear.

According to Sam (my ever-honest child), I’ve been “turning into a badger” lately “Mummy, your hair is white at the front!” Cheers, Sam. Love that for me. 😅

But today, I parked myself in Ashleigh’s chair for nearly 3 hours, and she worked her magic on the mop. ✨ The result? One very happy Clare who can officially confirm that it feels good to feel good. 💁‍♀️

Not entirely sure what the point of this post is, other than to remind you, and me, that sometimes a little “me time” (or “de-badgering”) can go a long way.

Booked in again for a pre-Christmas brush-up, because let’s face it… I’m not risking another full wildlife transformation! 🦡🎄

WE DID IT! 💪✨

We survived! (Barely 😅) But wow you all AMAZED me! You showed up, gave it your absolute best, and earned that post class refreshment like the champions you are. 🍹💃

Today’s vibe?
✅ Less jumping around
✅ More stretching, relaxing, and slow-burn strength

Because sometimes the bravest thing you can do is… hold a squat and breathe through the existential crisis! 😆

Let this be your reminder: showing up for yourself is the real flex. The sweat, the laughs, the wobbles it all counts.

And yes, that weird move I made up halfway through class? Totally intentional. (Probably.) 😏

Tomorrow is looking like a sizzler—think “sauna with better music” but don’t sweat it (well, okay, maybe just a little) because class is still ON, and it’s going to be a cool time!

Here’s your Well Fit Survival Checklist for tomorrow - 10am - Soliders Point Memorial Hall…

🧘‍♀️ A mat (chairs available for standing options, if the floor is feeling too lava-like)

🧻 A small towel to roll up for extra floor comfort (or for dramatic dabbing of your brow—up to you)

💦 WATER. LOTS OF IT. Hydrate like you're training for a camel race.

😎 Your sense of humor and good vibes, because sweating with friends is still better than sweating alone.

I’ve planned a class that’s hot-weather friendly (i.e., you won’t be doing backflips or sprinting laps), the fans will be ON, and air will be circulating like gossip at a family BBQ.

And for the grand finale:
We're heading to Sea Salt after class for a very cold, very well-deserved refreshment. Your reward for showing up and sweating it out with style! 🍦🥶

I’m officially in a committed relationship with mine. 😍 This evening I whisked up some eggs, raided the fridge like it was a cooking show challenge, tossed in some mystery veggies (that were probably still good), and voilà…. frittata magic! 🥚🍅🧅💫

Hey Well Fit Wonders! 👋

You know the drill – it's nearly that time again... where we lunge, laugh, and occasionally swear under our breath during squats (no judgment, we’re all in it together).

This Wednesday, we’re bringing the usual magical combo of cardio, strength, balance, and stretch – basically everything your body loves and your legs will forgive you for… eventually. 😅

BUT WAIT – there’s more! 🥳

After class, we’re heading to the fabulous Sea Salt Café for some much-needed coffee, catch-ups, and carbs. Whether you’re sweating it out or just showing up for the post-class gossip (we see you 👀), it’s going to be a good time.

🥪 Sandwiches & Side Kicks 🥕

From a very young age (we’re talking lunchbox days here), my go-to lunch was always a sandwich and no sandwich was complete without its trusty sidekick: a packet of chips (or crisps for my 🇬🇧 friends 😉).

Fast forward to today, and I still love a good sandwich… but now I try to give my plate a glow up with something a little more colourful, crunchy, and kind to my insides! 💁‍♀️

👉 Enter: Beetroot & Carrot Salad — chopped to perfection by my Thermomix, because let’s be honest… who’s got time for all that slicing and dicing? 😅

Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring and it definitely doesn’t have to mean sad desk salad vibes.
