“Flair Air” is back (wildfire smoke) and is a strong reactivator of EBV. Keeping your body flushed if viral load is key to keeping activity down, but when your body’s detoxification pathways are clogged with smoke, things go sideways quickly! Avoiding exposure however you can, doing deep breathing work in filtered air (indoors), sweating, skin brushing, and lots of water will help. I also like to start up my protocol when I’m already feeling run down this time of year.
