No one was inviting me to speak, so I started inviting myself.

Not because I wasn’t qualified.
Not because the need wasn’t there.
But because I hadn’t made myself visible enough.

So I pitched. I volunteered. I hosted workshops and panels.
And every time I did, new doors opened.

Now, speaking is a core part of how I support high-level professionals with ADHD—
whether I’m inside a company, leading a leadership intensive, or helping a team redesign their systems.

If you’re building something meaningful, don’t wait for permission.
Go first. Show up. Speak up.
Sometimes the best opportunities are the ones you create.

It’s about awareness and understanding how your brain processes “small” tasks that don’t feel urgent.

You’re not failing. You just need systems that make sense for you.
