I took a lot of time formulating this line specifically for my fellow preggos!! Take a peek and see what interests you- all products can be used while pregnant or breast feeding, or while not!

After a little vacation hiatus, let’s talk carrier oils!!
- Carrier oils are the hidden gem of essential oil treatments. EOs on their own are heavily concentrated and are not safe to be used on the skin by themselves. Carrier oils are “weaker”, “simpler” oils used to dilute the stronger, more concentrated essential oils to make them safe for topical application. This chart from my favorite EO provider (Plant Therapy) gives some info on some popular carrier oils 👀

Today I am in the office and thinking about this craft of mine... Like all artists I imagine, there are some oils that I just hate working with! Some are sticky or smelly or dark colored and stain my hands and clothes. While I can 100% appreciate all these pesky oils have to offer me and continue to use them for their infinite benefits, they really aren't that pleasurable to work with. For example, I love the many uses and versatility of Geranium, but I HATE the way it smells! I can rarely use it in my personal products because I can't stand the odor. Do I have any other artist friends who have one aspect of their craft that just gets under their skin??

I spilled the beans on my personal page that I am pregnant! This baby has been requiring some major Zzzz's and I have been taking a little break to recoup and put some ideas to paper. Tomorrow afternoon I will be posting and adding to the store a new aromatherapy line dedicated to my fellow preggo moms! I crafted four new products designed to help ease some of those difficult pregnancy symptoms and that are entirely safe to use throughout every stage of your pregnancy. I can't wait to show you guys!!
