Join us on September 14th at 4pm EST as we talk about the toll that avoiding our feelings takes on our emotional and physical health. We will offer practical tools and exercises to help you work through your emotions. The only thing you need is a pen and a piece of paper, and maybe even some markers if you are feeling colorful!

Stressful times can leave us dealing with heavy emotions each and every day. Sometimes we suppress or numb these feelings in an effort to move forward, leaving our emotions unaddressed. This lack of resiliency can only lead to larger problems down the line.
