I simply adore breakfast, even on my food detox!
So I've cut out wheat, lowered all gluten but having some with oats, cut caffeine, cut most dairy (had small amounts of goats cheese), no alcohol and sugars except for my dates. Taking a great detox herbal tonic 🌱. Exercise 💪 and loads of sleep 😴. I've lost a couple of kilograms already, possibly fluid 🤔 and
I'm still feeling a bit foggy in my head but it is slowly improving.
Can't wait to feel super amazing soon 💃
It's a great time of year to detox with the end of summer fun and before our Melbourne winter hits!
