Today I did something I have never done before. I destroyed a book, ripped it up and threw it in the recycling bin!! Books are important and I have always given them away, never purposefully removed them from use by someone else - but not this book.

Why? LETTING GO!

This particular book (well it's title actually) triggered a response in me that brought back to the forefront of my mind a painful time, when I was slowly being broken by the actions of another person.
I had moved on from this, repaired and healed and am stronger than before.......however ...... this book sat on my shelf, like a splinter that every now and again I felt.

So today I took action - I destroyed it!

No more book = more splinter = no more trigger.

The power of letting go is immense and sometimes we can't do this in our conscious state. That where Hypnotherapy can help.
