Realgood brand foods-have you tried them? The breakfast sandwhiches are SO GOOD. Ive tried the bacon and the sausage and theyre both great but sausage has a lot more calories-an extra 150 i think.

Their pizza i was ifgy on-toppings were good, crust was kinda soggy.


Whats your go-to paleo breakfast? Personally i never get tired of eggs and bacon, i just add some kind of veggie, usually broccoli, brussells sprouts or cauli rice.



As we are a brand new group, i'd love to hear what YOU want in a group thats "predominantly paleo". Rule suggestions? In Paleo Diet Lifestyle group (which i'm a member of and enjoy), they dont allow naming non paleo stuff. If you eat bread or a waffle youre supposed to say "i had a grain based product". We're not going to have that rule here-you may talk freely.. but at the same time i dont think itd be very helpful if we sat around talking about non compliant food all the time, so its going to be a proccess of trial and error to get it right.

Hi all, and welcome to Predominantly Paleo, henceforth referred to as PP. I started this forum because although there are a couple really good Paleo/Primal pages, they are very strict-you cant mention any non paleo food, even if its healthy food-its 100% Paleo related all the time, or dont post at all, and frankly, thats just not how i live. I'm mostly Paleo/Primal-i'd say 90%. But i eat non compliant foods on occasion, especially mostly healthy ones. On other forums you cant discuss those things-i wanted a place where you can!

A good example is the new Birch Benders syrups. They contain xanthan and guar gum, which arent paleo. But im ok eating gums. I dont think its as bad as eating wheat or vegetable oil. So i wanted to post about them, ask if anyones tried them, ect. Thats what this page is for!

I'm going to set out a short list of forum guidelines, which i'm sure will evolve as we (hopefully) grow.

Posting text and photos of paleo/primal foods is a-ok!

Posting of non-paleo/primal foods is ok too, but please try to keep them on the healthy side. For instance, i found some grain free bread and its delicious-but it has canola oil :/ thats something to post here! However if you splurged last night and had 3 slices of Oreo pie-thats not something to post anout here, as it serves no purpose other than to make us all crave Oreo pie.

Halo Top and Enlightened ice creams. Not compliant, but healthy! I eat them all the time-they even have a new keto collection-we can talk about these ice cream brands here!

I hope you all get the point. Basically i want this place to be a relaxed discussion of paleo/primal :)
