I had some clients asking for some smoothie recipes, so I thought I would make a graphic.

Hope this helps!

Use the basic ingredients and add your perfect blend of fruit. Add oats, yogurt or chia/flax for additional nutrients or to turn your smoothie snack into a meal.

Balancing Life and Work is an ongoing process. At times, one needs more attention--and that's ok. Other days, weeks, months the other is busier, more hectic, more demanding. Learning to balance the 2 without being so demanding and down on yourself is HARD. Give yourself grace!

✨Being Organized
✨Taking care of yourself
✨Being present
✨And using your time wisely

These will go a long way in helping you feel like you're not giving your all to one, while avoiding the other.

The vicious cycle of dieting! We start with good intentions for sure, but it's not a healthful, long term way to live.

--Break the cycle!
--Identify goals!
--Make small, manageable changes!
--Have accountability!
