We offer bespoke one to one EFT (Emotional freedom technique) sessions. EFT also know as tapping is an alternative evidenced based treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. We also offer tailored Yoga sessions one to one or for you & your family. We

are also run monthly Mindful Mindset 4 week courses giving you the practical tools and support to get into a healthy balance and connect to your inner joy.
