šThe Sacred Space Between: Finding Purpose in Presenceš
This past year has been incredibly impactful for me. Iāve learned so much about myself and
become more secure in who I am. With that stronger foundation, I can feel how much has
changed ā and yet, oddly, not everything has taken shape quite yet. Itās as if Iām standing in a
space between the old and the new, waiting for the next thing to fully reveal itself.
I think many of us are feeling this right now. We go through deep healing, learn new tools, and
find peace through practices or programs that once lit us up. But then, when we revisit them,
they suddenly feel flat ā like theyāve lost their spark. Itās not that theyāve stopped working; itās
that weāve grown past them.
Those old steps were necessary. They were the bridge that got us here. But now, weāre being
asked to find new footing ā and that can be disorienting.
šGrowth in Unexpected Placesš
Lately, Iāve discovered that my growth isnāt happening on the healing table anymore, or even in
conversation with others. Itās unfolding in the quiet, in the present moment, when I allow myself
to simply be.
And surprisingly⦠that space found me while mowing my lawn.
I know that sounds funny mowing the lawn doesnāā t exactly scream āspiritual awakeningā .But
itās become one of my most meditative practices. For years, I resisted it. I always had a reason
not to ā too hard, too tedious, not my job, whatever the excuse was.
But this year, I decided to do it myself. Initially, it was for practical reasons ā saving money,
being more independent. What I didnāt expect was that it would open up a completely diferent
kind of connection.
As I walk behind that mower, thereās rhythm, thereās focus, and then⦠thereās silence. In that
space, insights start flowing in ā not as random thoughts, but as energy activations. Sometimes
itās in my solar plexus, sometimes my heart, sometimes my third eye. And as I listen, I start to
hear the limiting beliefs that still whisper beneath the surface. I meet them right there, in motion,
and begin to release them.
And in those moments, I feel so deeply blessed. Blessed for this life Iāve built on my own.
Blessed for the people who surround me and support me. Blessed for the growth opportunities
that seem to align just when I need them most.
The Power of Allowing Yourself to Be Seen
Itās humbling to look at my life this way. Iāve never been one to let people in deeply ā not into
the messy, shadowy parts. But lately, Iāve been allowing more of that to be seen.
Whatās amazed me is how people respond. Instead of turning away, they draw closer. They
connect. They relate.
Maybe itās because Iām finally accepting myself, shadows and all. Maybe itās because people no
longer see me as someone who āhas it all together,ā but as a real human being ā learning,
growing, stumbling, and getting back up again. That vulnerability has become one of my
greatest teachers.
ā¤ļøRedefining Purposeā¤ļø
For so long, Iāve been chasing this big, almost mystical idea of purpose.
What am I here for? Whatās my reason for being?
But today, I felt something shift. I realized that I am already living my purpose every single day
ā not through some grand mission, but through the smallest, most ordinary moments.
Purpose shows up in patience ā in waiting for someone to cross the road instead of rushing
past.
It shows up in kindness ā in helping a stranger reach something on a shelf.
It shows up in compassion ā in ofering softness when the world feels hard.
These simple acts may seem insignificant, but they carry ripples we canāt see. And when weāre
truly present, we can feel the sacredness of those moments ā how the universe lights them up
from within, like a spotlight saying, this is it.
The Magic of Beingness
I think thatās the real lesson ā that we donāt have to go searching for our purpose. We just have
to be present enough to see it unfolding.
Your beingness ā the way you move through your day, the energy you carry, the openness you
bring ā is the purpose. Thatās all thatās ever been asked of you.
And when we drop the resistance ā the constant striving to āget thereā ā the universe starts
laying the next step right in front of us, one moment at a time.
š©µFinal Reflectionš©µ
We are all standing in this sacred space between what was and whatās becoming. It can feel
uncertain, even empty at times. But if we stay present, stay open, and keep aligning with our
truth ā weāll see that this space isnāt a void.
Itās the birthplace of everything new.
