As we head into the 4th quarter of 2025 (how did that happen!?) I have availability for new clients both in person and online.

So if you're struggling with burnout, work or exam stress, anxiety, managing your ADHD or nervous system regulation, get in touch and we can chat options for you.

It’s time to give your body and mind the reset they deserve.

Join Calm Classes – one-hour guided sessions for nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deep relaxation.

Each class is different, so the more you attend, the more tools you’ll learn to:

- Improve your resilience to stress

- Come out of fight-or-flight faster

- Recognise when you’re dysregulated

- Help yourself get back to calm sooner

You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control – with skills you can use every day.

📅 Saturdays 9–10am | CHS Life Centre, Raapkraal Rd, Kirstenhof (10 seats only)
💻 Wednesdays 6–7pm | Online – join from home
💰 R100 per class

It's been a while but let's BREATHE, SIP & PAINT 🎨

It's been 2 years since I started hosting this event and in those 2 years I've hosted it in 3 provinces, on various wellness retreats, for corporate events and even private family sessions to help with moments of joy and sadness. It's been a beautiful journey ✨️ let's celebrate 🥳

For this session, you'll be able to choose between a designed canvas or cushion cover to paint 🖌

Calm kits now available!

If you've been to my you'll know that I have tools available that aid in easing anxiety and stress and help you deepen the relaxation you feel in class - and now you can have these in your own home too!

Each kit has a magnesium spray - you can choose lavender scented to aid sleep, our own stress relief blend or unscented if you'd prefer.

Then I've added an eye pillow - the gentle weight of this pillow provides proprioceptive input helping you feel calmer.

For this kit I've added a red cappuccino stick and KitKat as a little spoil for yourself so you can recreate moments of calm in your own home. Shout out to for these ☕️🍫

Come join me for regular nervous system regulation and build up your resilience to stress.

Burnout confession time! I wasn't looking for the signs, I really thought I was ok BUT end of year fatigue and burnout has hit.

If I'm honest, I wasn't looking at the impact of the intense life admin I've had this year and the impact of that stress. For the last few days, I've been struggling to make decisions and move forward with my work. I am too tired, I need REST.

This is why reflection is so important, taking time to ask yourself how you're doing, what's worked, what's not worked so that you can make plans based on not just your goals, but also responding better to your needs next year.

For now, I need to re-evaluate my capacity and plan to take time off sooner rather than later.

Come take some time on Sunday to rest and reflect with me. I'll provide journaling prompts that will guide your reflection and help you with future goal setting. All welcome 💚 link with more information in my bio.

Are you looking for a meaningful, fun, and educational activity for your teen this holiday? These 3-session workshops are tailored to help teens understand their emotions, manage stress, and build resilience through engaging activities, group discussions, and practical strategies.

✨ Workshop for Ages 12-14 ✨️

A fun and interactive program designed to:

Explore emotions and stress signals

Build confidence in handling challenges

Learn calming techniques like deep breathing

Create a personalized "calm-down tool" and stress management toolkit

✨ Workshop for Ages 15-17 ✨️

Empower older teens to:

Understand emotional triggers and responses

Develop coping skills like mindfulness and reframing

Strengthen resilience and self-compassion

Build a personalized "stress management toolbox"

This session focused on self-compassion and learning to speak kinder to ourselves 💚

We took time to breathe, check-in with ourselves, colour in designs of their choice and then proceed through an exercise of giving ourselves flowers 🌺 in the form of nice thoughts about ourselves.

This session is available as an option for group events at my Studio, get in touch to chat about rates and availability.
