Calm classes are now open to ages 15 and up to help with end of year stress 🧠 From exam anxiety to end of year fatigue, many people are struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm or shut down right now but you don't have to do it alone.
These sessions can help regulate your nervous system, feel a sense of calm and learn tools that you can use in everyday life, including the exam room to manage anxiety and stress.
