Calm classes are now open to ages 15 and up to help with end of year stress 🧠 From exam anxiety to end of year fatigue, many people are struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm or shut down right now but you don't have to do it alone.

These sessions can help regulate your nervous system, feel a sense of calm and learn tools that you can use in everyday life, including the exam room to manage anxiety and stress.

It's and today has me thinking about how we speak to ourselves and how that impacts our mental health.

Are your thoughts about yourself kind?
Compassionate?
Caring and loving?

Or do you have negative thoughts about yourself, your behavior, who you are and what you've achieved?

What if you changed that and started thinking about yourself with more kindness, more care?

To start: give yourself 3 compliments for the past week? How you showed up, work you've completed, how you've cared for your family... there are so many daily things to be proud of, why not give it a try?

It’s time to give your body and mind the reset they deserve.

Join Calm Classes – one-hour guided sessions for nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deep relaxation.

Each class is different, so the more you attend, the more tools you’ll learn to:

- Improve your resilience to stress

- Come out of fight-or-flight faster

- Recognise when you’re dysregulated

- Help yourself get back to calm sooner

You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control – with skills you can use every day.

💻 Wednesdays 6–7pm | Online – join from home
💰 R100 per class

Calm kits now available!

If you've been to my you'll know that I have tools available that aid in easing anxiety and stress and help you deepen the relaxation you feel in class - and now you can have these in your own home too!

Each kit has a magnesium spray - you can choose lavender scented to aid sleep, our own stress relief blend or unscented if you'd prefer.

Then I've added an eye pillow - the gentle weight of this pillow provides proprioceptive input helping you feel calmer.

For this kit I've added a red cappuccino stick and KitKat as a little spoil for yourself so you can recreate moments of calm in your own home. Shout out to for these ☕️🍫
