Gemini III Decan in Hermit Year!🏮

This last decan of Gemini, is a mutable decan of a mutable sign, so think in terms of flexibility, & resilience. When one is rigid.. they are more prone to getting hurt.

The Hermetic title of the X Swords is: Lord of Ruin. I’ll leave you to take that in & apply it to your own life circumstances.. but, also please note, this shouldn’t be seen as an awful thing, on the contrary, it’s the closing of chapters, it’s the true finale.. there are no more after credits rolling or scenes saved for post credits- it’s done. With that, new life may grow from the compost. As T. Susan Chang says, the X Swords, “closes out a cycle” Cancer 1, II of Cups, comes next and is titled, Lord of Love 💕… 😉

We are also in the midst of POWERFUL, full moon 🌕 energy! Sagittarius full moon is absolutely something to behold.. it asks us to question our beliefs & how they’re keeping us stagnant.. asking us to examine our lives (also a theme of the Hermit year we are in), & create space for new, updated, more aligned thought processes, illuminating that which needs to get burned down! Big, bold, expansive, wild & free, energy surrounds this Sagittarius full moon energy. What’s holding you back from what you love, enjoy, dream of, wish to leap for? What’s a first step you can take towards this/to get a bit closer? Committing to a year-long, deep-dive, 2025 decan walk. My hope is to share a bit of my journey with you all, & perhaps inspire you in any & all ways that bring you joy.

As we bid farewell to Pisces season, & some most potent astrological events that in no doubt are influencing the energy & life around us.. we open our hearts to the new beginnings that Aries ignites. Mutable Pisces holds within it the end & the beginning. It has been one heavy Pisces season for me & many I’m connected to (as well as collectively on the planet!). Processing all that this season has brought, while preparing to enter into Aries, feels a bit disorienting.. dissociative.. I want to hit the life “pause” button.. where is it?! I need everything to stop so I can reflect on the many, massive, waves that have pummeled me.. so I can spit the sand out & get the salt out of my eyes in order to see again. The return of the 🌞 sun here in the northern hemisphere will certainly help with that. The new growth that accompanies Aries season will also aid with nurturing the seeds planted & those yet to be planted.

Sun ingress into Aries decan 1… This is a double Mars ruled decan (what a force!!) Pure Aries energy takes the stage.. Take note/perhaps journal about your observations regarding how these energies unfold & bring change to your life within the next ten days.. noting the seemingly small, mundane as well as the larger experiences.

I’m a bit intimidated by my own commitment here.. I hope not to let it slide as life certainly has a way of causing significant change in our lives, & plans are forced to evolve in unforeseen ways. If that’s the case for me (& you) may we find the grace of compassion for ourselves, in order to respond with gentleness & love.

Aquarius..The Water Bearer

Many blessings to you as you navigate this powerful Aquarius ♒️ season. We are navigating immense change on this beautiful, planet & collectively as a species, as is all of life honestly. Doesn’t it feel as though everything is speeding up? Or is it just me? With advances in technology everything seems to flow at a more rapid rate, that our earthly, nature-based systems would otherwise allow. We are simply not made to live life at such highly intense velocity.. it’s not natural & for most of us feels as though we are living completely out of alignment with our own body. So, in honor of Aquarius ♒️ season, I invite you to slow down… to do the exact opposite of what society is dictating we should do. I invite you to shut it all off.. so you can better tune into your own inner guides & 🧭 compass. In this exact fashion, I’ll keep my message here short & simple. So many want to do more, see more, experience more… there are universes of life inside of us.. tap into that, visit those realms.. explore those worlds.. for they are what you & I are made of.. what a mysterious, miraculous thing. Cheers to Aquarius season.

For this 🌕 full moon in Leo, the invitation is to release all old paradigms, beliefs that are stagnating, keeping you from loving yourself & others more.. keeping your mind small.. shed it/them. Take a long, slow pause(s).. reflect in order to renew.

Blessed 2025 friends🥂💗 I’m still very much on the mend & feeling quite disoriented from a head-spinning chain of events that took place at the end of summer/beginning of fall. I’m still here, enjoying your shares, but, have had to put my business on pause. I hope to return soon to be able to finally share & offer all that I’ve been working so passionately towards.

I invite you to carve out a little time to reflect on all that you wish to say goodbye to, in order to make space to welcome healthier, more soul-nourishing endeavors, practices, people.. whatever feeds your heart & mind in the kindest, sweetest, most peaceful ways possible. How does The Hermit inspire you? What messages/reminders do they bring for you?

This year, I’m not on a quest for adventure.. I’m seeking to reconnect with true peace, stillness, flexibility (in both literal & figurative manners), & much more that in true Hermit fashion, I’ll honor by keeping private for now. 🙏🏻

This is me emerging slowly from the frenzy.. in order to feel better about kicking off 2025… though let me tell you, this first day has been a doozy. I put everything aside, pulled out my cards & hit the mat, which is where I’m sharing from now. Sending all so much 💕 love, & can’t wait to connect with you here this coming year..

Ohhh the journey… I received quite a powerful reading the other day. I’d love to elaborate, however, it’s a deeply personal one. That said, if you come across this share, take a moment to reflect on what these cards mean to you.. which card(s) stands out to you most? What imagery feels most potent for you? Perhaps take in today’s moon phase 🌙 to help further guide you, & shed light on the message you’re receiving, but, no need to complicate things if you don’t incorporate the sky into your intuitive work.

For me, the sky is a nice backdrop of wisdom working to inform my life; when I’m paying attention, there’s always guidance there for me… & the moon, with whom I’m intrinsically connected, sends me love notes & reminders of fortitude & perseverance.

I’m savoring my journey these days with The Weiser Tarot Journal with commentary by our beloved, teacher & colleague Theresa Reed 🙌🖤 It’s a staple now in my work.. I mean, I’m thoroughly hooked.. I could write an entire post about this journal! I have my eyes on a couple of others I’d like to work with, but, this year, I’m taking my time & thoroughly enjoying every minute of my growing relationship with this journal.

I hope this past new moon in Ta**us, as well as the eclipse season has treated you well.. I’ve been a bit MIA over here, as I’m still navigating the waves of life, CPTSD & the speed at which much of society operates at (much faster than my own biological rhythm!). I hope to be much more of a presence this spring & summer now that the dusts of the deep blues of SAD have subsided for me (hope they have for you too if you are also SAD-challenged).🌞🙏🌻

Blessed New Moon in Pisces ♓️ Energy! Deep breaths, stillness… watch the thoughts.. let them go, plant seedlings.. 🌱 breathe.. take some flower essences 😉 Not all flower essences are created equal! I’m in love.. I knew I would be.. thank you Rachel White of Totem Readings & the Skeptical Shaman 🙌 podcast. Please, gift yourself by taking a listen, or check out her Totem Readings Substack, & Etsy shop with oh so many beautiful, potent, flower essences to choose from. Note, I was not asked to share any of this! I love to spotlight, the amazing souls behind the tools I lean on to find balance along my journey in this life.. most of those being metaphysical & yoga in nature (including nature 🌳). Much homework goes into what I choose to incorporate into my life; I’m very picky.. I like high quality, but, have to be thrifty as a single Mom, so I’ve trained myself to do thorough research, before investing. These beautiful, flower essences are SO potent…. Hints of spring here in the east coast of the USA.. I saw some the first 🐝 bees since the close beginning of fall. I live through winter with heavy SAD, & a couple of other issues exacerbated by physical aversions to the cold. Navigating through winter with these while working through healing CPTSD & PTSD, can feel like I’m dragging myself through a timed maze, where if I don’t get through, I won’t make it out alive. My tarot & yoga practices are massive staples, infused into the fabric of my life. What do you rely on to get you through seasons of intense hardship? I’ve found the following extremely helpful:

1. My morning wake-up routine consisting of body movement, gentle stretching, shaking, garshana (Ayurvedic dry brushing); kriya, pranayama
2. Tarot journaling & working with the archetypes as friends & guides along my daily journey; my spiritual practice
3. Meditation, Water, Guayaki tea, Cacao
4. My daughter, my beloved, our furbabies
5. My handful of offline friends, & YOU, the beautiful community of souls around the globe, I’m having the pleasure of connecting with.
6. Sound healing in the form of 🎶 Music🎵, YouTube Philosophy lectures & teachings from Krishna Das, Ram Dass, Prof. Vaknin & the teachings of other great souls
7. Baths 🛁 inspired by my beautiful, baby girl… who is learning the importance of self love, tending, & care.🙏

If you are navigating invisible chronic illness/disease, physical hardships, emotional wellness challenges, do your best to slow down, get sunlight, remain well hydrated.. savor nature, live simply, be love.

11/22/23 - 12/21/23 Sagittarius (Sidereal: 12/19 - 1/19) Mutable Fire ruled by Jupiter

In honor of all Sagittarians ♐️ 🙌 whose tribute post I missed creating during the Tropical dates, but, still in time within the Sidereal Astrological system. While I still follow tropical astrology, I’ve been dipping my toes into Sidereal for about 15 yrs. This share however, is not to discuss systems, rather it’s in honor of The Archer as they’re known, represented by a centaur named Chiron holding a bow and arrow.

I’ve missed sharing my Sagittarius tributes for two years due to the fact, that I have a Sagittarius child.. enough said, because, if ya know, you know!!🤣🔥😳 So this year, tropically late, or Sidereally on time (bad Mom joke), here it is! Ohh.. the energy, the thirst for life.. it’s quite a sight to behold & experience. Their internal fire blazes.. & while of course many other natal placements can cool or strengthen that blaze, it’s safe to say, Sagittarians are here on a quest to explore many facets of existence with full speed ahead.

Sagittarians are here to master things- whatever their individual passion(s) may be. They’re represented by the VIII, IX, X of Wands, & XIV Temperance in the Tarot, which can be tied to V The Hierophant, collector & keeper of higher knowledge. This reminds me of my little girl, who wants to skip the learning & just be a master through some kind of osmosis. She’s not a huge fan of the phases of learning; she wants to teach! They’re intensely creative, having a deep thirst for exploration & travel to far away lands. As friends, like Gemini, they may disappear for long periods of time, but, that doesn’t mean they aren’t loyal friends, on the contrary, to them time isn’t necessarily related to friendship. They’re honest, deeply compassionate, even though it may appear otherwise, because they’re also naturally confident beings who don’t actually give a s**t never mind two.. whether you like them or not. Don’t like them- they’ll be fine.. not a problem, they’ll just go learn something new to keep themselves entertained!

I could write a book for you, about you, Sagittarius😆 Perhaps one day, I shall.

Happiest, 2024 to you, or whatever time period this is for you. May this be the beginning of sweet new chapters in your life. I wish you good health, boundless love, awakenings that bring you clarity, heart-openings more profound that you knew you could experience.. support, & dreams realized.

This is a slow start for me.. I continue choochooing along.. trying my best to find patience with the pace that I’m having to move at, which for the launch of my online business is slower than I would have liked, because the pace of life around me & my responsibilities as a Mama 🐻 is demanding & life & ppl move at a pace that is completely alien to me.. far too fast than I’m able to keep up with. So, it’s slow-going, & the feelings of depletion continue.. I’m learning to accept this, create space around me (physically maintaining a clutter-free home), taking more deep breaths, baths are a new ritual in my life now.. bringing forth healing, more meditation, more purposeful, slower, conscious living, lots n lots of dharma studies, satsangs, continued tarot & yoga studies.. all these things & more my love.. 🎶 Ahh yes, and of course… the medicine of all medicines, music- lots of listening to music of many genres, to keep me choochooing along. I look forward to deepening friendships with many of you this year, hope to collaborate with many as well, & will be here cheering others from afar & offering as much healing, uplifting energy out into the world as I’m able. Namasté
