Was a privilege to attend Wild and Wise’s 2nd group therapy circle in Penn last night 👏

Not only was I there to support the facilitators Jordan & Kiran but was there for myself also ❤️

Jordan & Kiran are a husband and wife team that have created a very authentic and safe space for men & women local to Penn in Bucks 🗣️

The emotion of loss was very present last night. Whether that be lost partners, pets or broken relationships. Having lost my parents last December i can connect deeply to this emotion 😢

Circles are a non judgemental space to come share your stuff, to feel held & to understand you are not alone in your journey.
