Over the last 50 years, a staggering number of new foods have landed on our grocery store shelves.

The amount of choice and advertising thrown our way can be overwhelming.

To simplify your next shopping trip:
• Prioritize fresh, frozen and canned fruit and veg.
• Aim to buy a variety of foods and food groups.
• Look for foods with fewer ingredients.
• Give yourself permission to buy foods you love.

Learn to look out for the signs of dehydration.
• A dry mouth and dry lips are tell-tale signs that you’re not drinking enough water.
• If you’re feeling a bit sleepy or can feel a headache coming on, a glass of water can help get you back on track.
• Prevention is the best medicine when it comes to avoiding dehydration, so keep up the fluids.

One of my favorite foods combos
 I have been making yogurt snacks for a while now I will rotate the fruit that I put in here this time I picked blueberries
1/4 c blueberries
1 Tablespoons chia seed
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
I will add cinnamon or other spices to it!
By putting these in mason jars allows me to prep ahead and freeze! I take out as needed. Add sweeeter( I have been using a variety of skinny syrups) and granola or cereal for crunch.
Stats for just the yogurt-
16.5 carbs
21.5 protein

Please note I am in maintenance and would of never ate this many carbs while actively loosing.

Stress can be overwhelming. If you can't remove it, try to relieve some of the pressure.

Try these techniques:
• Take less responsibility. Slide 1 thing off your plate. Delegate it to someone else.
• Alter your perspecitve. If you can't control it, choose how you'll react to it. Try to find positive things.
• Nurture your worn-out body. Things look darker when you’re tired. Treat yourself to fresh air, nourishing food and a bit more exercise. You'll get energy from that.
�Control what you can so you are better able to handle stressful situations.
